Stuart Jones, P.E. started Stuart Jones Consulting Engineering in 1988 with the goal of providing excellent land development civil engineering at affordable prices in a timely manner. The company has grown through the years with new employees and new partners to become Jones & Cnossen Engineering. Even as the company has grown our goal has remained the same.
Our active partners, Peter Cnossen, P.E., Patrick Kiernan, P.E., and Will Norton, P.E. with over 45 years of combined experience in land development engineering, will provide expertise and quality customer service to meet your development needs.
Our engineers have worked in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and surrounding Wake County area on thousands of projects. They have also worked on projects in other North Carolina counties and have worked with groups from Atlanta to Washington, DC to Canada.
